We typically stage a U-shaped, three-panel set around 8′ wide × 8.5′ high × 8′ deep and reserve about 12′ × 10′ overall for camera, lighting, and guest flow.

Can we brand the entire backdrop?

Yes—your design can cover all three walls edge-to-edge for maximum impact. Also, INSIDE & OUTSIDE Panels can be designed. We’ll proof everything before print.

Do you print on site?

Yes. Unlimited sessions with professional dye-sub prints are included. We also deliver a shareable online gallery.

What venues does it work in?

Ballrooms, foyers, lobbies, and gymnasiums—anywhere with about 12’×10′ clear space, a standard outlet, and load-in access. We’ll coordinate with your venue.
