Most local events are simple. Some venues need extra planning.
Delivery depends on event location, venue access, parking, load-in distance, booth type, timing, and event logistics. Many deliveries are straightforward, but some venues may require a delivery surcharge or custom pricing.
Venue-based planning
Hotels, ballrooms, country clubs, schools, banquet halls, and private venues can all have different access rules, parking options, elevators, and setup windows.
City venue access
Center City Philadelphia events often require extra planning because parking, traffic, loading zones, hotel rules, and elevator access can affect arrival and setup.
Wedding & party-ready execution
We plan booth placement, setup windows, power, internet when needed, and load-in instructions before event day so everything runs smoothly.
Important delivery notes
- We no longer provide booths to private residences, except for the Selfie Station.
- Most local delivery areas are available, but some locations may include a delivery surcharge.
- Venue logistics may affect pricing, arrival time, booth placement, and staffing requirements.
- Red carpets are only used in clean, indoor locations.
- For difficult access venues, custom pricing may be required.
