A Keepsake Guests Will Actually Take Home

Guests step into the photo booth, take their pictures, and then visit our Keychain Station to have a favorite image placed inside a personalized photo keychain. The completed keepsake is ready within minutes and can immediately be attached to keys, bags, backpacks, or luggage.

Every element can be coordinated with your event, including the photo artwork, colors, company branding, event name, date, monogram, or sponsor message.

How many photo keychains are included?

The $1,600 package includes up to 125 completed photo keychains. Each participating guest may receive one keychain while the contracted supply lasts.

Can we order more than 125 keychains?

Yes. Additional quantities can be reserved in advance. We recommend ordering based on the expected number of participating guests because production supplies are prepared before the event.

Are the keychains customized for our event?

Yes. The photo insert can include your event name, date, company logo, sponsor branding, monogram, colors, or other approved artwork.

Are the keychains assembled during the event?

Yes. A dedicated attendant operates the Keychain Station and assembles each keepsake onsite after the guest’s photograph is printed.

Do guests also receive digital photographs?

Yes. Guests can send their images by text or email when the venue provides suitable internet service. An online event gallery is also included.

Can guests take unlimited photos?

Guests may enjoy unlimited photo booth sessions during the three-hour service period. The keychain supply is limited to the quantity reserved for the event.

Can guests receive more than one keychain?

The package is designed to provide one keychain per participating guest while supplies last. This helps ensure that as many guests as possible receive a keepsake.

How much space and power are required?

We generally recommend approximately 10 feet by 12 feet for the booth, backdrop, Keychain Station, equipment, and guest flow. Two nearby standard electrical outlets are preferred. Final requirements will be confirmed based on the venue and selected layout.

Is delivery included?

Standard delivery, setup, and removal are included within our normal Philadelphia-area service region. Travel, parking, tolls, loading fees, union labor, or special venue-access charges may be added when applicable.

Can the Keychain Experience be used outdoors?

Outdoor service is considered only when suitable weather protection, level flooring, reliable electricity, safe operating conditions, and an approved indoor backup plan are provided.
