Our team handles delivery, setup, guest assistance, photography, onsite printing and breakdown. You receive a professionally managed attraction without needing to organize costumes, operate equipment or supervise the photo area.

Are costumes and props included?

Yes. Each Old Time Photo Experience includes period-inspired costumes, hats, accessories and props selected for the theme of your event.

Do guests need to arrive in costume?

No. Guests can arrive in their regular clothing and add our costume pieces and accessories over what they are already wearing.

Guests attending a themed event are also welcome to wear their own period-inspired outfits.

Are photographs printed during the event?

Yes. Portraits are professionally printed onsite so guests can take home a finished keepsake before leaving the event.

Can the prints be customized with our branding?

Yes. Print designs can feature your company logo, event name, date, sponsor information, campaign message or theme-specific artwork.

Can the Speakeasy Mugshot signs be personalized?

Yes. Mugshot booking signs can be customized with your event name, date, fictional police department, guest booking number, sponsor logo or other themed wording.

Can we choose color, black-and-white or sepia photographs?

Yes. We can select a photographic finish that complements your event. Sepia and black-and-white are popular for traditional old-time portraits, while color highlights costumes, scenery and branded details.

How much space does the experience require?

The exact footprint depends on the selected set, costume area, printing equipment, guest count and event flow. We will provide complete space, power and setup requirements with your proposal.

Can the experience be used for multi-day events or conventions?

Yes. Old Time Photo Experiences can be configured for single-night events, multi-day conferences, trade shows and branded activations. Staffing, print quantities and operating hours are customized for the expected attendance.

Can an Old Time Photo Experience be set up outdoors?

Outdoor events require suitable overhead protection, reliable electricity, level ground and an approved weather backup plan. Final approval depends on the location, season and overall event setup.
