Needs 15 feet of clearance. The globe requires 20′ L × 15′ W × 15′ H, all-inclusive. Most ballrooms and nearly all office spaces cannot take it — confirm the ceiling with your venue before we quote, and we will suggest an alternative if it will not fit.

How far in advance should we book?
Peak weeknights in early and mid December go first. If your date is set, book now — artwork and overlay design can be finalized later.Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Send us your venue’s requirements and we will issue a COI naming them as additional insured, typically within 24 hours. Our W-9 is available on request.Can you match our company branding?
Yes — send logos, colors, and fonts. We’ll design a custom overlay and proof it for approval before the event.How many guests can you handle per hour?
The AI Christmas Booth runs 50–80+ sessions per hour depending on group size. For larger crowds we can add a roaming capture station or a separate share station to keep the line moving.Do you supply tents, heaters, tables, or karaoke?
No — we’re focused on photo experiences only. We’re happy to share our layout and power specs for your rental vendors.What’s the wind and weather plan for the Snow Globe?
We monitor wind thresholds and set a backup plan — alternate placement, tent, or reschedule if needed. Confirm your ceiling clears 15 feet before booking.
